As the trees shed their leaves, we too are called to soften and surrender—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This Yoga & Acupuncture session combines the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga with acupuncture woven seamlessly into each posture.

Peace Circle Meditation

Join us for our Peace Circle Meditation, held at 4:00 PM on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Together, we will hold a shared vision of peace—for the Earth, for humanity, for each other, and for ourselves.

In these times of great change, many of us are longing for connection, a way to come together in community, to share hope, and to anchor ourselves in something meaningful. Through collective meditation, we have the power to raise the vibration of our lives, our community, and the planet.
