Sound Bath: Aligning, Tuning & Balancing the Chakras

Step into a sanctuary of vibration and light. In this immersive sound bath, you’ll be gently guided through the seven energy centers, each awakened with crafted tones, resonances, and intention.

For this session, we have also created a custom crystal grid — intuitively designed to harmonize with the energy and the flow of the sound journey. The grid becomes a living focal point, amplifying the balancing and clearing of each chakra as we move through them.

Allow the sound waves to tune your inner field—dissolving tension, clearing energetic blockages, and restoring the natural flow of your life force. From the grounding hum of the root to the luminous clarity of the crown, each chakra will be balanced and renewed, leaving you centered, uplifted, and deeply aligned.

Need to know: Please do not wear any perfumes or cologne to this event, as some may be allergic. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the experience and silence your phone before entering. Understand that late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound journey has begun, out of respect for the group's experience. If the door is closed, please do not knock and disturb the session.

Please bring: a yoga mat, camping pad, blanket, eye mask and any pillows, cushions or bolster so you can be comfortable laying down. (We will have a limited number of bolsters and eye pillows.) Let us know if you need any accommodation so that you may be comfortable. Sitting upright or bringing a zero-gravity chair are other options.

These may include pregnancy (first trimester), sound-induced epilepsy, or mental health diagnoses that may be triggered by particular types of sounds.
