Together, we’ll attune to the grounding rhythms of the Earth and invoke the transformative fire of inner strength. The instruments and techniques Annmarie uses are designed to allow the "monkey mind" to quiet and the body to relax into stillness, giving way to peace, love, and groundedness. The crystal grid 4 Crones creates will harmonize with these energies.

Need to know: Please do not wear any perfumes or cologne to this event, as some may be allergic. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the experience and silence your phone before entering. Understand that late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound journey has begun, out of respect for the group's experience. If the door is closed, please do not knock and disturb the session.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and any pillows or cushions you may want to be comfortable laying down. (I will have a limited number of bolsters and eye pillows.) Let us know if you need any accommodation so that you may be comfortable. Sitting upright or bringing a zero-gravity chair are other options.

These may include pregnancy (first trimester), sound-induced epilepsy, or mental health diagnoses that may be triggered by particular types of sounds.
