As Autumn settles in, October invites us into reflective pause and acceptance of our blessings. Even amid adversity, we have been given many fruits of life's harvest. By expanding our gratitude, we can more readily receive internal peace and extend it to the world around us. This sound Journey is designed to nourish you in calm peaceful resonance. With the medicine of sound vibrations amplified by crystals, we invite you into restoration through this Journey of Peace.

For this session, 4 Crones will create a custom crystal grid — intuitively designed to harmonize with the energy and the flow of the sound journey. The grid becomes a living focal point, amplifying the intention.  You will also receive a specific stone that resonates with the session to keep and take home and reconnect with the experience.

Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls – Their celestial tones penetrate deep within, realigning energy centers and guiding you into deep relaxation.
Gongs – Reverberating waves of sound create a powerful release of tension, dissolving stagnant energy and opening the mind to new possibilities.
Drums – Their grounding, rhythmic beats awaken your primal essence, connecting you to the heartbeat of the Earth and the fire within.
Chimes – Light, ethereal tones whisper through the space, uplifting your spirit and opening pathways to clarity and insight.
Monochord – With its cascading overtones, this unique instrument creates a deeply meditative soundscape, allowing you to float effortlessly into a state of tranquility.

You’ll be welcomed into a softly lit space, settle into a comfortable resting position, and be guided through a sound journey enhanced by the energy of a custom crystal grid — leaving you feeling centered, clear, and deeply renewed.

Need to know: Please do not wear any perfumes or cologne to this event, as some may be allergic. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the experience and silence your phone before entering. Understand that late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound journey has begun, out of respect for the group's experience. If the door is closed, please do not knock and disturb the session.

Please bring: a yoga mat, camping pad, blanket, eye mask and any pillows, cushions or bolster so you can be comfortable laying down. (We will have a limited number of bolsters and eye pillows.) Let us know if you need any accommodation so that you may be comfortable. Sitting upright or bringing a zero-gravity chair are other options.

If you have any medical conditions that may be negatively impacted by sound or vibrations, please consult your health care professional before signing up. These may include pregnancy (first trimester), sound-induced epilepsy, or mental health diagnoses that may be triggered by particular types of sounds.
