Join us for an immersive sound journey guided by Annmarie, attuned to the energy of the New Moon on July 14th—a potent time for reset, intention, and inner restoration.

This experience invites you into the healing of emotional patterns while reconnecting to your roots—your foundation, your sense of safety, and your belonging. Through a carefully curated soundscape, Annmarie weaves frequencies that support full chakra balancing, with a focused grounding in the root chakra.

At the center of this experience, we will co-create a supportive stone grid, intentionally designed to anchor and amplify the energy of the journey. Each participant will also receive a stone to work with during the session-one you will take home as a tangible reminder of your intention and integration.

Allow the vibrations and the stones to work in harmony—clearing what is ready to release while anchoring you more deeply into the present moment. This is a space to reconnect, realign, and begin again from a place of steadiness and strength.

Need to know: Please do not wear any perfumes or cologne to this event, as some may be allergic. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the experience and silence your phone before entering. Understand that late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound journey has begun, out of respect for the group's experience. If the door is closed, please do not knock and disturb the session.

Please bring: a yoga mat, camping pad, blanket, eye mask and any pillows, cushions or bolster so you can be comfortable laying down. (We will have a limited number of bolsters and eye pillows.) Let us know if you need any accommodation so that you may be comfortable. Sitting upright or bringing a zero-gravity chair are other options.

If you have any medical conditions that may be negatively impacted by sound or vibrations, please consult your health care professional before signing up. These may include pregnancy (first trimester), sound-induced epilepsy, or mental health diagnoses that may be triggered by particular types of sounds.
